AuditPoint is a federal data intelligence platform covering post-acute care and commercial freight. Every data point traces to a primary government source. This platform is not designed for consumers or families — it is built for institutional buyers who make capital decisions.
AuditPoint aggregates, scores, and benchmarks government data across two verticals — post-acute care (SeniorIndex) and commercial freight (WeighStation) — with additional verticals in development. The platform ingests data from CMS, HCRIS, Payroll-Based Journal, Census ACS, and FMCSA on a monthly refresh cycle, normalizes it into a structured database, and produces institutional-grade intelligence reports on demand.
The data architecture is built around a single principle: every output must be traceable to a named primary federal source. No survey data, no modeled estimates, no third-party aggregations. When AuditPoint produces a derived metric — an Opportunity Score, a compliance tier, a financial benchmark — the government inputs are listed in the report.
Post-acute care is a $250B+ market governed almost entirely by federal data — CMS publishes staffing records, inspection histories, financial cost reports, and quality measures for every Medicare/Medicaid certified facility in the country. That data is public, but it is fragmented across dozens of CMS portals, structured inconsistently, and updated on different cadences.
Institutional buyers — PE firms underwriting SNF acquisitions, REITs evaluating portfolio risk, lenders sizing credit exposure to operators — need that data assembled, normalized, and scored. AuditPoint does that assembly work so their analysts don't have to.
The same structural problem exists in commercial freight: FMCSA publishes carrier safety records, crash histories, insurance filings, and authority status for 2.18M registered carriers. WeighStation assembles and scores that data for freight brokers, insurers, and shippers who need to vet carrier risk before booking loads.
This platform is not a consumer review site. It does not help families choose nursing homes. It does not produce editorial opinions about providers or carriers. It does not accept advertising, sponsored placements, or vendor relationships that could influence what the data says.
AuditPoint is also not a consulting firm. We do not interpret the data for buyers or make recommendations about specific transactions. We produce intelligence — structured, sourced, and traceable — and the buyer decides what to do with it.
SeniorIndex covers all 14,710 Medicare/Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facilities and all 12,251 certified home health agencies in the United States. Reports cover staffing, compliance history, payer mix, financial benchmarks, ownership chains, and quality measures.
WeighStation covers all 2.18M active FMCSA-registered commercial carriers. The WeighStation Score combines safety records, crash history, insurance stability, and authority integrity into a single risk tier (Green / Yellow / Red).
